With her coif getting brighter by the day, Khloe Kardashian was spotted heading to the gym in Los Angeles, California on Friday afternoon (January 7)
KARDASHIANS SUED FOR GINORMOUS DEBIT CARD LOSS
The Kardashian women — Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kris — are accused of causing more than $75 million in debit card damage … and they never pulled a single card out of their wallets.
The Revenue Resource Group, LLC filed a lawsuit in Fresno, CA claiming the Kardashians breached their contract when they pulled out of a deal to be the faces of a controversial MasterCard-approved prepaid debit card.
As we previously reported, the K-ladies claimed they quit the deal because they had no idea the card was loaded with hidden, possibly illegal fees … fees that caused the Attorney General of Connecticut to open an investigation into the card.
Revenue Resource Group claims the sisters signed a two-year deal that they should have honored — and since the fam backed out, RRG has been crushed by a wave of bad publicity.
RRG wants the women to fork over more than $75 mil to make things right.
So far, no comment from the Kardashians.

How Serious Are Kim Kardashian and Her New Boyfriend?
Kim Kardashian and new boyfriend Kris Humphries can't be too serious right now -- he hasn't even met the family.
According to PEOPLE, the reality star, who recently started dating the New Jersey Nets player, has yet to make the introduction to her camera-friendly family, and mom Kris Jenner isn't surprised.
"She's dating a lot of different people," Jenner said of her daughter. "I usually don't meet [her boyfriends] until she gets serious and, so far, she hasn't brought him around."
Stepdad Bruce Jenner doesn't seem too worried -- yet.
"I only worry about the boyfriends when they show up at my house," he told PEOPLE. "I know if he shows up at my house, then I'll start to worry."
Perhaps it's too soon in the relationship, or maybe Kardashian is just too busy these days for a family meet-and-greet. From working on her new single to already making award show appearances this year, it's easy to see she has a lot on her plate.
Recently named PopEater's 2010 Celebrity of the Year, Kardashian revealed her New Year's resolution to stay single this year at a taping of 'The Rachel Ray Show,' Us Weekly reported.
"I've made a promise to myself, and I'm really trying hard to stick to it, but I'm such a hopeless romantic that it's hard," she told Ray. "I want to try to be single my whole year of being 30."
Sorry, Humphries, but that doesn't bode well for you -- unless Kardashian has already broken her resolution.

Continuing her coif’s color transformation, Khloe Kardashian spent the day at the Goodform Salon in West Hollywood for a few touch-ups on Thursday (January 6).
And why Khloe decide a change was in order?
"Khloé Kardashian stole the spotlight from her sisters at last night’s People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles, debuting newly dyed red hair that set her apart from her raven-haired siblings. “So far I love it! It’s fun! Different,” Khloé tells PEOPLE. “And I have never been red before so why not?”
With a new year and a new show with husband Lamar Odom coming out, the reality star tells PEOPLE that now was the perfect time to try something fresh. “I wanted to stand out for a little bit.”
Khloé’s hairstylist Clyde Haygood recruited colorist Julie Canales to transform Khloé’s tresses. “This is the time for Khloé,” says Haygood. “She is starting her own show with her husband, Lamar, and this is separate from Keeping Up, so we thought, perfect!”
And what does her NBA star husband think of her red-hot hairstyle? “Lamar said for me to go redder — he loves it!”
